I already have a domain
name can I use this for my new web space?
Yes you can (in most cases). You
will need to contact your domain name registrar and change
the DNS server addresses to ours. There are some
registration companies that do not let you change these
addresses, in this case I will help you transfer the domain
name to a friendly registrar at no extra cost to you.
I don't have a domain name,
can you help?
Yes I can. I can either point
you in the direction of a reasonably priced registrar, or I
can register a domain name on your behalf. Our packages also
come with a free domain name.
How do I get my website
off my computer and onto the world wide web?
There are 2 methods; in the
cpanel is a basic uploader which allows you to select files
from your computer and upload to your space. Method 2
requires a third party FTP client software, there are many
of these online, my recommendation is
coreftp which has a
free fully functioning version.
What is the cost for your
services? and how do I pay?
Costs on webhosting are listed
on my products page, website creation is very hard to give a
price due to every site being different an estimate can be
given by request.
There are a couple of ways to
pay for our services, Paypal
is very popular for paying by credit card, bank account or
Paypal Balance. We also take payment by cheque or Postal
Order (UK Only). Invoices will be posted direct or emailed
for your convenience.
